This project is a group-oriented hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo. With "NEO PUBLIC HOUSE" as its concept, it reinterprets the boundary between public and private and proposes a new form of hotel as a social space in the city. The lobby and terrace on the upper floors were planned as open spaces where people can naturally gather and share time, while incorporating greenery and the urban view. The guest rooms accommodate diverse stay styles, and the suite composed of a bar room and theater room serves as both a private space for the stay and a social space within the room. Throughout the hotel, the aim is to create a new stay experience where the individual and the collective, private and public, intersect.
